What should I bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle. Bring your own gloves or hand wraps if you have them; otherwise we provide the equipment beginners need.

Minimum age for kids?
Young warriors can start from the age of 3. Kids classes focus on motor skills, coordination and discipline in a fun, safe environment.

Yes. We run dedicated Women's Boxing & Fitness classes and slots led by our Lady Trainer.
